We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing errors, inaccurately described items, incorrectly coded promotional coupons, typographical errors, and honest errors. It is our policy, within reason, to provide any customer who has been offended in such a case with an amicable solution, but sometimes we simply cannot ship in this situation.

Purchases are based on information contained in product titles, descriptions and prices. Pictures may not show size, quantity, mix etc. exact details of the cigars that are included in a particular purchase option.

While we try our best to fill each order according to the specific items, sometimes we have an "out of stock" situation. We reserve the right to substitute items with items of equal or better value.

Samplers – At samplers we reserve the right to substitute any cigar with equal or greater value. We substitute a different size for the same cigar, but occasionally a different cigar will be included.

Orders Marked as "Delivered": Once our shipping partner marks an order as delivered, it is considered completed. If there is a problem with a delivered order, the customer will need to contact their local postal agency with the tracking information we sent to them at the time of placing their order. Osman Cigars is not responsible for any problems in your country's local postal service.

Packaging – We consider packaging to be the box or package in which the cigars arrive. Packaging may be modified or reduced based on availability.
